TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES

Custom or import duties are not included and must be payed by the parcels recipient. Please contact your local custom office before placing the order.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item please email info@cuccumia.com  before sending the item back. The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the User, unless the Company has accepted these costs in writing. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns department outside the 14-day window will be sent back to the original address. All sales are final sale and any discounted items are also considered final sale. Please be aware Cuccumia is not responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is proven to be faulty.
